Hi, I’m Wayne, owner and maker at Kook Leadlight.
Kook Leadlight, a leadlighting business based in Geelong, Victoria, has taken shape over many years, transitioning from a passion project to a business through an ongoing love of the art, and a modicum of necessity.
I’ve always been fascinated by the textures and colours available in glass, but found that the designs I was envisioning were not being made by other leadlighters. In order to have these designs in my own home, I felt the best person to create them was me!
The design and construction skills I bring to leadlighting have been gained through my passion for building and woodworking, all of which I have brought to bear in building and fitting out my own home.
